The Office of Case Management and Care Coordination is part of the Division of Student Life. The Office of Case Management and Care Coordination is located in Feather House (17 Cattell Street, Easton, PA) in office 108 on the second floor. Amy Loudermilk serves as the Case Manager and Care Coordinator. The Case Manager’s role is to provide support to students who may be having a difficult time for one reason or another – with the goal of assessing their needs and linking them with supports that will help them be a successful Lafayette student and adult in our greater community.
Amy brings more than a decade of professional experience in student advocacy and support. She has held leadership roles as Government Affairs & Systems Change Advisor and State & Community Initiatives Manager at the Suicide Prevention Resource Center, and she has worked with The Trevor Project. Her background includes extensive experience supporting individuals facing dating and domestic violence, sexual assault, and mental health challenges—issues that are central to the well-being of today’s college students.
Amy holds a B.S. in Political Science from Towson University and a Master of Social Work from George Mason University. Her expertise, leadership, and dedication to care will make her a valuable addition to our team and an important resource for our students.
