The Student Support and Intervention Team works to provide a safe living and learning environment where all members of the Lafayette College community thrive and embrace the Cur Non spirit.

The team meets regularly to proactively sustain a culture of safety and well-being on-campus. The team receives information from community members about students of concern in a variety of ways, including conversations, email, and One Pards. These submissions help the team identify students who might be in distress or in need of campus support and resources. The team then works to determine the most helpful and appropriate form(s) of outreach and support.
